What if someone I know needs to take accountability?

I offer coaching and skill-building for people who understand they caused harm and desire to change and make amends.

It's more common for people who caused harm to deny that harm occurred and that accountability and amends are needed, especially at first. This can be painful to experience and tough to navigate - but it may change!

Check out Creative Interventions Toolkit: A Practical Guide to Stop Interpersonal Violence  for tools and strategies to encourage someone to take accountability.  Often the best people for this role have existing relationships or ties to the person who harmed, and can use those points of connection as leverage. As an outside consultant and coach, I am not the right person for this role.

Shift old patterns. Open new possibilities. Align with what matters.
